Honey Extraction

In 2021 we installed our own artisan style honey extraction facility at our base in Te Mata, near Raglan. With state of the art machinery, but on a small enough scale that lets us process small batches of honey, it is the perfect place to bring your honey for extraction this summer!

Our facility is fully RMP certified, including certification for export to the European Union. We can help you with all of the paperwork and regulatory requirements to get your honey ready for the domestic or international markets. 

Whether you just have a few boxes, or a few hundred boxes, you can trust us to do a fantastic job with your honey extraction. Last summer a local packer remarked that honey we had processed was "some of the cleanest honey I've seen".

Pricing for our services is as follows:

20 boxes or fewer
9 frame box $ 21.00 + GST
10 frame box $ 22.00 + GST

20-100 boxes
9 frame box $ 18.00 + GST
10 frame box $ 20.00 + GST

100 boxes or more
9 frame box $ 16.00 + GST
10 frame box $ 17.50 + GST
